Service |
| A daily monitoring of your website, according to the
following criteria: |
| - Functioning of the site as a whole |
| - Repair of malfunctions and errors (see
methodology) |

Method |
- Random visits (day/night)
once per day, including weekends and public holidays.
- 10 minute random navigation on the site.
- Visits from different geographical locations and ISPs.
- Monitoring from PCs, MAC’s and LINUX stations,
under different program configurations (e.g. for
Windows, W9X,W2000, WXT).
- A range of Internet navigators are used (IE,
Netscape, Opera, Mozilla) in a range of versions.
- Semi-automatic analysis tools are also employed, but
not as a substitute for visual inspections.

A weekly report summarizing our daily observations.
In the event of a critical problem (crash, serious error, major malfunction) a same-day report will be
sent. |
