Collecting of data pursuant to requests for information

New Mind S.A may collect personal information pursuant to requests for information regarding the products and services of New Mind S.A but these may not be transmitted to third parties.

Rights of access and correction

In accordance with the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy, the user is to be informed, on request, of any data recorded and these data are to be corrected if necessary.

Any person may prove his or her right of access to his or her personal data and the right to correct these by means of a signed and dated request to be faxed to +3226524042.

Use of cookies

The http://www.w3quality.com site may make use of cookies, small work files which record information on the disk of a PC, essentially in order to record the user's preferences, to avoid the repeated presentation of the same information, or to avoid repetitive use of the keyboard. These cookies can be recovered during a subsequent visit to the site and cannot be read by a site other than the site which created them, in this case, the W3Quality site. Applicable law - legal jurisdiction

In using the services of the W3quality site the user undertakes to accept the general conditions of use of the site and the general conditions relating to specific services and to comply with the regulations in force on the networks to which he or she gains access by means of the site.

The user accepts that any litigation arising out of the use of the site is subject to Belgian law and to the competence of the French-speaking courts of the judicial district of Nivelles (Belgium).
